How your trade account works

  1. Tell us about your business. Share your requirements and delivery location.
  2. We review your application personally. We'll agree suitable products, pricing and delivery arrangements with you.
  3. Order through your approved account. Sign in to see your agreed range and prices, manage orders and order again.

Applications do not automatically receive trade pricing or credit. New accounts pay upfront by card. Invoice payment terms are available only following separate approval.

Delivery that fits your business

Our own vehicles serve local delivery routes, with pallet-network delivery available nationwide subject to postcode, access and product suitability. Delivery is included for approved pub and stove-shop trade accounts. Wholesale and bulk orders carry an additional haulage charge, quoted for your delivery location.

Midlands Firewood is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to our prices. Wholesale orders are submitted for review so we can confirm and add haulage before payment is requested. Submitting an order for review does not grant credit.
