1. Free Nationwide Delivery

Eligibility: We now offer free delivery across the entire UK. No additional fees, no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery Scheduling: After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a convenient delivery date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

2. Delivery Process

Communication: Prior to your delivery, we will get in touch to confirm the delivery details. You will receive an estimated delivery window and any additional instructions if necessary.
Delivery Requirements: Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the firewood and provide any specific instructions. If no one is available, please notify us in advance to arrange an alternative delivery plan.
Unattended Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery and no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to leave the firewood in a safe and accessible location. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once the firewood has been delivered.

3. Access & Delivery Conditions

Access Requirements: Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for our delivery vehicle. This includes sufficient space for unloading and clear pathways to the drop-off point.
Weather Conditions: Adverse weather may affect delivery times. If necessary, we will notify you promptly to arrange a new delivery date.

4. Changes to Delivery

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your changes based on our availability.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before the firewood has been dispatched. Cancellations requested after dispatch may incur a fee to cover the cost of delivery.
