Answers to the questions customers most often ask about our kiln-dried firewood, bag sizes and delivery service.

How dry are the logs?

Our premium hardwood is kiln dried to below 20% moisture for easier lighting and more efficient burning when used correctly.

What size are the logs?

Typical log length is approximately 230mm / 9 inches (+/- 15%). Natural variation is expected.

Is delivery free in Birmingham?

Yes. Delivery to Birmingham addresses is free. We deliver Birmingham orders ourselves.

How does delivery work outside Birmingham?

Availability and delivery charges are calculated from your postcode at checkout. Bulk bags and palletised orders normally arrive through an all-day kerbside pallet service, with a two-hour estimated arrival window usually provided on delivery day.

Do you offer HIAB or crane delivery?

No. We do not provide a HIAB or crane service. Pallet trucks need a hard, level surface and cannot safely travel over gravel, grass, steps, steep slopes or soft ground.

Do you deliver to Scotland?

We do not currently ship pallet orders to Scotland.

How long will a bulk bag last?

This depends on your appliance, room size, burn time and frequency of use. Tracking how much you burn over a typical week is the most reliable way to estimate your needs.

Can I collect from Studley?

Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm stock and a suitable collection time.

Where do you deliver?

Birmingham orders are delivered free by ourselves. Other eligible local addresses are also delivered by ourselves. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability and any charge.
