📦 Boxed Products (Delivered by DPD)

• Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
• You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery timeslot via text message on the morning of delivery.

Not going to be in? DPD allows you to:

• Choose a safe place
• Reschedule the delivery date
• Nominate a neighbour to accept your parcel

🪵 Bulk Firewood (Pallet Deliveries via Pallet Network)

• Standard delivery is FREE to England and Wales.
• You can choose your preferred delivery day (Monday–Friday).
• Deliveries are made between 8am–6pm (all-day window unless a timed delivery is arranged).
• You’ll receive a tracking code with estimated arrival – please note this is not guaranteed.
• All deliveries use an 18-tonne tail lift lorry with a hand pump truck.

🚚 Kerbside Delivery Terms

• Delivery is to kerbside only.
• Drivers cannot:
• The driver will wheel the pallet as far as conditions allow, but not beyond the rear of the vehicle unless safe to do so.
• If you request the driver to leave the road or paved surface, this is at your own risk.
