How pallet delivery works outside Birmingham
Bulk bags and palletised net orders are delivered kerbside on an all-day pallet network service. A two-hour estimated arrival window is normally provided on delivery day.
No HIAB or crane service is provided. Pallet trucks require hard, level access and cannot travel safely over gravel, grass, steps, steep slopes or soft ground.
